Today is all about this curious little non-berry ...
The Juniper has the power to give a clean earthy taste that is excellent when preparing red meat dishes (let it marinade overnight where possible)
Toasted, ground and combined with fennel this is absolutely amazing in Italian inspired Polpette (Meatballs)
But did you know...??
